Why families choose us

The care children get here is what parents talk about

Ask any family what makes this pre-school special and they'll tell you about the staff. Our small, dedicated team gets to know every child: what makes them laugh, what they're curious about, and what they need.

Room to explore, indoors and out

A large indoor space and a big, secure enclosed garden. Ofsted found that children here are curious learners with free access to a wide variety of activities and toys. We also make regular outings, including to the fire station.

A independent pre-school, run as a charity

We aren't attached to a school. We're a registered charity (no. 1043456), independent and run by a committee: every penny is reinvested in the children.

Learning through play, confidence for school

Play, early learning and gentle structure. Following the national early years framework, building life skills that make starting school feel natural. We're fully inclusive: we support children with special educational needs every day, and can help families onto additional support pathways.

How much does a session cost?

£17.07 a session for 3 to 4-year-olds and £23.46 for 2-year-olds, with breakfast and lunch clubs priced separately. There's a one-off £15 registration fee that includes your child's t-shirt and book bag. If your child has funded hours, ask us and we'll work out what they cover.
