How we look after your information

St Nicholas & St Faith Pre-School is an independent, charity-run pre-school (registered charity no. 1043456) at Alexandra Square, Saltash PL12 6AN. We are the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us on 01752 846674 or at hello@ssnfpreschool.org.uk.

When you send an enquiry, by form, phone or email, we collect your name, contact details, your child’s first name and age, and the sessions you are interested in. We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a visit. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: you have asked us about a place, and answering you requires them.

Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months after the September intake they relate to, then deleted. If your child joins the pre-school, the details become part of their registration record instead.

The enquiry form has a separate, unticked box for pre-school news and events. We only send updates if you tick it. That is consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message or emailing us. Choosing not to tick it makes no difference to your enquiry.

This site uses cookieless analytics that store nothing on your device and cannot identify you.

If you accept marketing cookies in the banner, we load a Meta Pixel so we can tell whether our adverts led to enquiries. Nothing loads unless you agree, and declining changes nothing about how the site works. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie choices" link in the footer.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@ssnfpreschool.org.uk and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
